Canon Abilities/Powers:
As the current Queen of Bright Moon, she has a magical connection to the Moonstone that acts as an infinite font of really specifically light-themed magic for the majority of her powers. She's able to utilise it in various ways:

Teleportation. Glimmer's primary power, to the point that its use is instinctive and completely ingrained in her. She can disappear and reappear in a burst of light and sparkles. These teleports maintain momentum, can carry up to six individuals (though possibly more), can cross entire countries worth of distance at no stress to her. She's also shown to be able to slow her teleports so they have a visible and tangible presence, with which she can transport through things to cause severe structural damage. She can't teleport to different universes, but there's no established upper limit in canon, except for her own energy - she has passed out trying to teleport too much before, and while that's less of an issue now that she has a fully realised connection to the Moonstone, it's still exhausting for her to draw on its power for overtly huge displays of power.

Photokinesis. She is able to create balls of light of varying size and brightness for varying purposes, with no apparent upper limit on the quantity. She can use them as floating lanterns that follow her around, or launch them with enough force to completely destroy Evil Robots. She's also capable of creating kamehamehas blasts of pure light as an offensive attack, and wrap her fists in light for melee attacks, which is implied to work the same way as brass knuckles.

Shields. Not a power Glimmer has shown to use much herself, but one she is theoretically capable of due to her mother's use thereof. It's unknown whether this is a personality power based on Queen Angella's more guarded nature, or one Glimmer simply doesn't remember or know she can do. Listed for completion more than as something she can or will actually use.

Sorcery. A secondary kind of magic, not linked to Runestones but rather to Etheria's moons and the planet itself. This is the more traditional style of magic people are familiar with, based around magic circles and various kinds of effects, including shielding and binding, fireballs, truth spells, illusions, and pretty much anything you can write a circle for. Since Glimmer is still in training, her sorcery is somewhat more limited than that of her father and aunt, but she comes from a line of very strong sorcerers and has an extremely competent and powerful teacher in Shadow Weaver.

Magic sensing. While not strictly a power in and of itself, Glimmer has been shown to have the innate, passive ability to detect magic in a given location. Whether or not she's able to immediately identify that the local ambient energy is magic is a different question entirely, but the fact remains she'll know it's there. This has not been shown in canon to apply to anything other than locations, but there's no reason it wouldn't also mean creatures or items.

Hand-to-hand combat. Glimmer is shown to have some prowess, though by no means expertise, with physical combat on top of her magic, and frequently uses one to augment the other. She's not trained in any particular style, but she knows how to throw a punch and she had a dense physique for really hard punches.

It's also been noted, by her, that she can't cook for shit, except one dish she learned with her mother that specifically is stupid easy - it looks like some kind of steamed meat bun.

What is their greatest negative emotion towards an object, situation, or person in their past?:
Resentment.

From a young age, Glimmer has always been held to extremely high expectations, while simultaneously being babied and dismissed hardcore by everyone around her. Her mother considers her too impulsive and reckless to be deployed as a proper general in the army against the Horde, but holds her to those standards regardless when Glimmer goes off and does something on her own. As much as she loves her mother, Glimmer has always felt stifled and smothered by her, and had an extremely combative relationship with her - even down to their last conversation before Queen Angella's death, which was Glimmer accusing her of being a coward and being frustrated that she was too 'paralyzed by fear' to make a call about a harrowing situation. Her best friend Bow has to be her moral and emotional core, keeping her grounded and, for most of her life, being her only friend.

She's the only Princess whose powers were conditional and required recharging, and while she seldom said it outright she is jealous of the fact the other Princesses don't need to recharge their powers - even Frostra, who's at least five years younger than her, has full control over hers. While this is now a moot point, since she's had full control over the Moonstone since her coronation, this is still something that she experienced for a great many years - it's implied that she has had her limited connection with the Moonstone since she was a child, and has had many years to build up and hold that sort of grudge, even if she doesn't consciously think about it all the time.

How aware are they of this negative emotion, and how do they act on it in canon?: Glimmer doesn't tend to be aware of her flaws - or at least she acts in a way that doesn't necessarily take them into consideration. It's often up to other people to point out that a plan of hers might be unreasonable or biased thanks to her strong negative emotions towards people she dislikes; and depending on how successful the person is in assuaging her, they may become the new target of her ire. Even temporary changes in situation can spark this; Bow, her best (and until recently, only) friend, spending a formal event with someone besides her and refusing to apologise to her when she "forgave" him for the perceived transgression, caused her to be furious at him until circumstances forced their forgiveness.

Glimmer is an extremely emotionally volatile person; understandably, for someone in her circumstances - as the sole child of a grieving queen in a war older than she is, forced to grow up before her time to take over as queen and lead most of the free world against their collective enemy - but she hates being forced to be held accountable for it.

What is their greatest virtue?:
Courage.

Above everything else, Glimmer is not afraid to try literally anything in order to succeed. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it does lead to situations like letting the deposed commander of the literal enemy nation against whom she is waging war teach her how to use magic. Glimmer will never willingly abandon a situation without at least making a single effort to improve it, however token.

However, it can also double back into being her worst virtue, more than her resentment, when a situation goes poorly and it crystalises into stubborn recklessness. When Bow and Adora warned her against using the superweapon, the Heart of Etheria, she went behind their backs to seek out its guardian and convinced them to teach her how to activate it in the hopes of using it against the Horde and realises far too late that Light Hope was only using her as a means to an end, because she was too stubborn and resentful towards Bow and Adora to listen to actual reason.

How aware are they of their virtue, and how do they act on it in canon?: Glimmer is acutely aware of her bravery - every time compliments about her are rolled out, it's one of the most frequent comments. Her mother lauds it, saying how it reminds her of Glimmer's father, even as she gets scolded for it causing her insane recklnessness. However, this same boldness has been an absolute boon to the Rebellion: with it, she found She-Ra, their hero, restarted the Princess Alliance that dismantled with her father's presumed death, headed countless successful raids and prevented villages from being destroyed, and learned to listen to advice from unlikely sources to push her plans.

Items: A magical staff, 6+ feet long, that she can use to channel her magics, which she's shown to keep in some manner of glittery hammerspace.

Special Notes: As addressed on the FAQ, I'm going to have Glimmer require mandatory moonbathing to top up her powers, which will otherwise be at like 80% and go into flux if she doesn't, but otherwise she'll have her regular use thereof!
